Stigmata of recent bleeding and Adherent blood

Hi, I realize this is a very basic question, but the coders at my office are discussing the meaning of "stigmata of recent bleeding" and "adherent blood". Do either of these phrases mean active bleeding?

tricky question, yes and no. but if the O.P note states there doing 43255 or 45382 to treat this. I'd still code these CPT.
