Physician manipulated a ureteral stone to the bladder and treated the stone with laser once the stone was in the bladder. Cystoscope used, no ureteroscopy done. Op-note post-op Dx code is ureteral stone. Which cpt code will be more appropriate, 52317 or 52325?
