I have seen some previous discussion on strapping. I am told as per this documentation that along with the E&M cpt to be billed it requires a strapping cpt just because the assessment states ace bandage. My concern is it is quite ambiguous since it not quite pronounce that ace bandage was 'applied', 'wrapped' or 'patient should use ace wrap.

Please give me your best suggestions with any guidelines that you may have to support coding for strapping.

X-rays interpreted as negative for acute fracture by radiologist
