:confused:Hello everyone,

I was wondering if I can bill 87880 strep test, with a mondfier 90? Its lab work thats being done outside the office.

We're having a hard time getting insurance to pay:
87880
99070- strep test kit
99000

Is the strep test part of the office visit charge??
Please help, I'm confused.:confused:
