I work for a Medical Billing company & we have a few Cardio accounts. We only have the superbill to go by & no medical records. My question is: if a Stress Echo is circled on the superbill (93351) should we be billing 93320 & 93325 as well? I don't want to assume the Doppler/Color Flow were performed if we have no documentation. Can a Stress Echo be performed without the Doppler/Color Flow? Thanks in advance. I HAVE MY ANSWER. (I just can't delete this thread)
