Stress Echo's in office

I need assistance in coding a stress echo in the office setting
for use of equipment and supervision.
The interpetation will be read by an outside physician.

What type of office is the procedure being done in? Is the provider who is doing the interpretation and report completely separate, no relationship whatsoever, not the same group, from the office where the procedure is being done? (Do they have different TINs?) Why is an outside provider doing the professional component versus a provider in-house?
