My doctor is questioning if we can add a modifier to a stress test that starts as a treadmill test and the patient does not reach their target rate and the test is converted to a pharmacological test. I'm wondering if I can add modifier 22

93015 is a walking (treadmill) or pharmacological stress test. It would not matter which way it was completed. Do remember to bill for the drugs that were used.
