I am needing suggestions please on a diagnosis code for a stricture of the antrum. Patient had an EGD and a stricture was found in the antrum. I know there is a code for pylorus stricture but I do not think that is correct. Would anyone have a suggestion please of what code to use?
 
The stomach has a pyloric antrum and a cardiac antrum, depending on the physician's documentation, I would choose a code from the 537 codes.
