Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has information on using the stoke scale as a bullet element in the physical exam? Can we use this (MD gives full stroke scale elements with a number) as a bullet for neuro, either in a general exam or in a neuro consult exam? And, if we can count it as a bullet, is it ever allowed to pull apart the stroke scale to get individual bullets ie: gait, slurred speech ect. To get a higher e/m level?

Thank you for any information or links to websites that will give me some guidance.
