Can someone help me with coding a Watchman 33340 with sentinel embolus device protection 33370 and mechanical thrombectomy from left atrial appendage? The problem is that 33370 is to be used only with TAVR. Is there any other code I can use besides an unlisted code? Also, what code should be used for mechanical thrombectomy, since 37186 is for artery thrombectomy and not for the atrial appendage?
