Wiki Study DOS vs Provider sign DOS

Looking for southern CA CMS guidelines for cardiovascular test/procedures where it states if provider should be using DOS on the day of the study or DOS the day he signs it ..


Example: 93306
inpatient status

Study date: 1/7/2019
Provider sign: 1/8/2019

Do I use study date or date provider signed ?? HELP!
