I was looking for a website or informational site that could explain to me the Tier Levels on a Subacute unit. How are they picked for patients? Are there rules for Medicare, Medicaid, and commerial different regarding the Tier Levels? Please advise is you have a resource you commonly use or a website. Thanks for your help.
