Help needed..
I am not finding a cpt code for subchondroplasty of the hip. filling of hip AVN area.

reviewed under AP and lateral fluoroscopy. A guide pin was placed in the center of the femoral head and drilled about 2 cm to the point of Avascular Necrosis. The cannula was then placed over the guide pin, which was removed. The trocar for the cannula was then drilled about a centimeter into the central portion of the avn. five ml syringes of the flowable cement were then mixed and each was injected with turning of the cannula. This was continuously viewed under AP and lat fluoroscopy with a filling of the subchondral area, with no evidence that any cement got into the joint. Cement was then allowed to cure and set, and viewed under AP. lateral and oblique fluoro.
From what I am finding, it is an unlisted code 27299, 29999?. I see codes for the knees but not the hip. Is 27299 and 77002, 26 the correct billing for this procedure?

thanks!
