My surgeon will state that a "subperiosteal approach" was used for a laminoforamonity and continue to speak about the procedure being done "laterally". I'm just wondering, how can I decipher if this is the 63056 Transpedicular approach or just a 63030 posterior approach? Any advice would help. Thanks
