Diagnosis codes from Subject and A/P:
R10.0 – Patient has acute abdominal pain
R11.2 – Nausea with vomiting, unspecified
J44.9 – Chronic Obstructive pulmonary disease, unspecified

Subject and A/P same as above. What codes for diagnosis?
