My psychologist is starting a separate business for substance abuse counseling and has hired a Master's Level counselor. She will be working under the psychologist's supervision. Would I bill this as incident-to or some other way? I want to make sure that everything is correct the first time. We will be submitting claims to WV Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, UHC, GEHA, etc. Thanks in advance for any help!
