Has anyone used a substitute CPT code for recently deleted CPT code 94770? I submit Health Information to my state's Department of Health and they require a CPT code for Revenue Code 460. Many accounts I have use the CPT code 94770 and I can't find any substitute or replacement code for it on the internet.
