Wiki Suction D&C/Hysteroscopy for incomplete AB

Hi - I am looking for input. Patient came in with missed AB (O02.1), had treatment for the missed AB (59820). A few days later patient presented with hemorrhaging, diagnosed with incomplete AB (O03.4), had treatment for the incomplete AB (59812-78), in addition to a hysteroscopy (58555-59,78) to evaluate whether there were uterine abnormalities responsible for residual tissue after the initial treatment. Looking for advice on correct ICD-10 to use with the hysteroscope code. I plan to use the appropriate modifiers as above. Looking at possibly using Z04.8 - Encounter for examination and observation for other specified reasons for the hysteroscopy versus leaving incomplete AB O03.4. Any advice is greatly appreciated --
 
as the hysteroscopy is performed after initial treatment, i suggest Z48.816 along with the condition if still exists.
