Can someone tell me what CPT code would be correct for this deroofing procedure?

The site was anesthetized using EMILA cream, after adequate time to anesthetize the skin the site was cleaned with chlorehexidine gluconate and the pustule was deroofed and small amount of purulent material was expressed. A culture was obtained. The site was then dressed with Xeroform.
 
Unroofing/deroofing pustules is included in the E&M. So it's not separately reportable. They usually use a needle to do this. It's not a surgical procedure that warrants a code from the 11000 series.
