Suggestion other than unlisted code. Does not meet 57410 as unable to perform bimanual

The cervix could not be identified visually or by palpation. Questionable central area that may be an effaced cervix. A stab incision was made into the uterus and about 500cc old blood drained, collected, sent for cytology. The hysterotomy was left open to allow continued drainage. It was not bleeding. After decompression, the site of hysterotomy may be the effaced cervix.

Any thoughts/opinions appreciated. Thank you

This is very similar to the work involved with colpocentesis (57020). I would go with unlisted and compare the work to this code.
