Hello, I am new at coding Psych. How would you code the below scenario? F33.3, F12.20, f90.9, Z91.5 ... Would I need to know the effective agent for the vicodin?

Psychiatric Diagnoses:
Major Depressive Disorder, Recurrent episode, Severe with psychotic features (F33.3) (Primary Diagnosis)
Cannabis Use Disorder, Moderate (F12.20)
Patient presents to the pediatric emergency room for overdose on Vicodin and and attempt to commit suicide. The patient has a history of suicide attempts(z91.5), suicidality, depression and ADHD.

You will need to code the intention overdose on the Vicodin as the first listed code. Use the table of drugs and chemicals and under Vicodin if you do not find it then Vicodin is a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen so you will have to use two codes for intentional poisoning
