Can I please get any help with coding a diagnosis of suicide ideation in pregnancy? Should this be coded as 646.83, V62.84? This is the sole diagnosis.

Thanks for any help.
 
I believe you have chosen the correct codes - 655 and 656 are restricted to fetal conditions that affect the management of the mother or mathernal conditions that are know or suspected to have affected the fetus - 648.9 is also restrictive as it lists specific conditions - through the process of elimination I believe you are correct
