I was just given the codes X32.XXXA, X32.XXXD

My question is, where do I find the code in the ICD-10 book? I am unfamiliar with all the X's and how does one know to use the X's? When I look it up in the tabular it states X32 and shows the A, D and S. Nothing about the X's

Thanks

It also says (The appropriate 7th character is to be added to code X32)

The X's are place holders since there is no 4th, 5th or 6th digit option

See ICD-10-CM guideline I.A.4

Placeholder character
The ICD-10-CM utilizes a placeholder character “X”. The “X” is used as a placeholder at certain codes to allow for future expansion. An example of this is at the poisoning, adverse effect and underdosing codes, categories T36-T50. Where a placeholder exists, the X must be used in order for the code to be considered a valid code.
