If a patient is unable to continue Supartz injections and we have already paid for the med, can the patient be billed for the med not used? I don't think we can bill the patient, but cannot find an answer for my physician in writing. Can the remaining Supartz be used on another patient?

Can anyone direct me to a website or regulation I can show my physician?
