Please help - dx is Cellulitis w/ necrosis

Superficial debridement and scrubbing of the rt forearm and two Biopsies taken and sent to pathology. Should this be 10060 and 25065? Any help is appreciated. Thank you
 
Rich I think you may would need to query the doctor for more information. It seems the biopsies selection is appropriate. Zina T CPC-A
 
I do agree- The surgeon did make an incision but found no purulence and added a comment that the skin process was very superficial but since there was a incision made I am leaning towards the I & D - your thoughts are appreciated. Thank you.
