We have a podiatrist that performed a partial avulsion. Her note states:

A partial avulsion of the distal, medial border of the right hallux nail was performed in a slant back fashion without anesthesia. The area was dressed with an antibiotic cream and covered with an appropriate bandage.

Would you code for the antiobiotic cream?
