Supporting diagnosis with Meat

Good afternoon, I have a provider who lists diagnosis and supports the diagnosis with ordering labs. For example he codes E11.9 in his note and then documents A1C and microalbumin ordered. Is that enough to say the MEAT statement was met/ dx was supported?

Hello, no. They would need to ideally also add the current A1C, and how the patient is doing on their current regiment as in the example below:
