Good morning Fellow Coders

I'm moving over to a new Practice, and I'm wondering if I can continue to follow the guidelines of the number of qualified elements for ROS, Body Areas/Organ systems, CC/HPI? Can this be used for ENT?

Thanks

Hi Reginald

Yes it can but you may have different Z dx code to add about the past PERSONAL history of patients. Also some clinical procedures of supplies may be added depending on the patient's dx code and rules per insurance company. Also use more modifiers of 57, 22 (send record with the claim), 25 or RT or LT or 50 or 51.
Good Luck!
