I'm not a coder but needing some coding advice while I am learning. We have a Supportive Oncology program where patients meet for a Survivorship appointment after treatment is complete. We are running into reimbursement issues due to a rule that says you can't bill for professional services for a radiation patient during a "global period" which is 90 days. I'm looking for a place where I can read up on that. Any suggestions?
