Hello Everyone!

Can I use the R79.1 Code for Supratheraputic INR when the patient is on Coumadin? I read a post on another website that If the patient is on Anticoagulant therapy drug like Coumadin, do not use the R79.1 code. Please, help me.

What is the INR for? If it's for DVT or A fib you should code fr that conditiin.
