How would you code this procedure:
Diagnostic laparoscopy with Hasson cannula and lysis of adhesions and a right salpingo oophorectomy with colpotomy removal of the ovary.
We coded it as 49320, 57820-59 and 44005-59. The insurance is denying 49320. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
