Pt had an Austin Moore cemented hemiarthroplasty performed on right hip. As the dr was getting ready to take post-op x-rays, pt went into cardiac arrest. Chest compression started and a code was called, pt given epinephrine and dopamine. Taken to ICU intubated, hypoxia may have been 2-4 minutes. My question is.....besides the hemiarthroplasty, are there any more codes or modifiers I should use?

Who performed CPR?

If your surgeon was performing CPR why wouldn't you code for that (CPT 92950) as well as the surgery? If I understand the situation correctly, the operation was completed and the patient coded as post-op xrays were about to be taken. Of course, if your physician wasn't the one performing the CPR then you wouldn't code it.
