Hi, i have taken traing classes for coding and have taken the exam but couln't pass. i have a question, need some on hand experience in medical coding so that it help me to pass the exam. I am really looking forward to work as coder. is anybody hiring for coder with out certificate.

i am also in need for a job to get experienced .I dont have certificate either. could not pass on several occasions each time i take it it gets better. should i continue and spend more money or stop and go back to get a degree in it.
need someone help
