I'm looking for a surgical billing excel or word sheet that already created for someone to share with me. Or if you know where I can obtain one. Just surgeries not office visits

Are you trying to make a superbill for someone to fill out, or do you just mean a reference? It can depend on the type of procedures your particular provider or practice performs. Podiatry vs. foot and ankle, etc. Do you mean minor surgeries or major? As Tonia said, what exactly is the purpose?

Edited to add, I am always leery of coders using these because I have seen many times where they only use that and not the Encoder or a book and it leads to incorrect coding. It's fine to have an "idea" list but specifically with surgery, it is always best to read the entire op note and code by looking it up.
 
I do agree with your statement. I always read the operative note. This would strictly be a reference for the provider performing procedures (minor and major).
