Hello,
Recently one of our general surgeons did a gastrojejunostomy tube placement. At the end of this procedure, the physician made an incision in the abdominal wall and placed a bone flap, which will be used in a future craniotomy to be done by the neurosurgeon, inside this pouch and sutured the incision in layers. Is there a CPT code for the creation of this pouch and bone flap storage? Any assistance/advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
