What icd-9 code would you use for surveillance ultrasound of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)?

I have thought about V58.81, but I wonder was any diagnosis given for this procedure. What was on the order?
 
I would ask why the TIPS shunt is in and the reason for the shunt even being there would be your diagnosis.
