My group is looking to provide a survivorship clinic to patients who have had cancer. I am wondering if anyone out there has heard of this type of clinic and if so would be willing to give me information on what it entails. My employer is asking how we would bill for this and if it is covered by insurance but I am not even sure what a survivorship clinic involves.
