Hi all! I can think of a few different ways to code this and would like your opinions to help me decide. Patient had a suture granuloma removed..."Using the previous incision, dissection was carried down to the suture granuloma. The suture granuloma was excised in toto. The wound was irrigated. It was closed with Benzoin and Steri-Strips, Adaptic, a compression wrist hand dressing was applied" The area was in the thumb, carpometacarpal. Should I be thinking foreign body removal or more along the lines of cyst/mass? Thanks!
