Wiki Suture Removal

I have been out of the field for awhile and would appreciate the appropriate way to code simple removal of sutures. The patient presented for ER follow up to get sutures removed. '3 stitches to be removed today. Removed easily via small scissors and hemostats'. What is the appropriate CPT code to bill for this?

If patient had laceration or injury previously, and had suture on injury site, should use injury code with D instead of A.
