How do I code sweeping the iris away from the wound? The patient had bleb revision and now has iris strand peaking over the sclerotomy. The physician tells me he wants to remove this piece (snipping it away) and inject with 5-FU? Is 66625 correct? Can we bill the 68200 and J code for 5-FU too? Articles are available indicating sweeping of the iris away from the wound but no mention of CPT code. Thanks
