In the past we have been told that we could not bill out physician charges for swing bed patients because insurance will only pay the facility charges. I found that several things I have been told by past employees at this clinic was not correct. So, is it true that we can't bill out doctor charges on swing bed patients even though the doctor see's the patient daily?
