Hello,
Our FQHC clinic has started to use the SWYC screening and I was wondering if anyone had any info on how many units we can bill with this code ( I was thinking it should only be 1) and also what dx to use.

I would usually see dx code Z13.42 encounter for screening for global developmental delays (milestones) with only 1 unit for this screening but an update was done (not sure who did it ) but now I am seeing 96110 coming over with 2 units and dx code Z13.42 "for screening for global developmental delays (milestones)" and Z13.41 "encounter for autism screening" being linked to 96110, which I assume this is why qty 2 is coming over.

Does anyone know if this is correct? I could not find that much info on this screening but the link below does not really mention anything regarding dx codes or units.

Thanks!
