The patient's urethra was closed off in a previous surgery as a child. The physician performed percutaneous lithotripsy for kidney stones. Then the physician with through the established nephrostomy tract through kidney to the ureter ending up in the bladder to retrieve multiple bladder stones endoscopically because of the closed urethra.

Thank you for the help.

My thinking is that I would use 50080 or 50081 depending on how big the kidney stone is. I would use 52310 for the bladder stone because the nephrostomy tract is now her established "urethra". Hope this helps.
