Can someone tell me what you use for diagnosis code when it's for "symptomatic" atrial fibrillation? I was thinking of using I48.91

The term 'symptomatic' will not influence the determination of atrial fibrillation code. Atrial Fibrillation without further specificity of type, codes to I48.91.
