Does anyone know the J code for this drug? J 1565 was deleted in 2009, and I can't find a replacement HCPS code.

When we bill for synagis we use 90378 not a J code. Not sure if that is helpful but I have bever billed a J code for that just 96372 and 90378. :)
 
When we bill for synagis, we bill 93672 only. The drug is already paid for when the pt walks in the door.
