Does anyone know what the CPT would be for the above?

Use 27613 for a superficial biopsy or 27614 for biopsy of deeper tissues requiring more extensive dissection of overlying tissues, such as a biopsy below the muscle fascia (subfascial) or within the muscle itself (intramuscular).
