Hello,

My question is can CPT 57280 be used with add on CPT code + 57267??

My Doctor preformed an Abdominal Sacrocolpopexy with Synthetic Mesh Surgery. A Y-shaped synthetic mesh was attached to cervical stump between anterior and posterior fascial planes. The material was retropertinonealized from the vaginal incision to the sacral incision.

If there is a better set of codes, I would appreciate all your help....

CPT 57267 is not a add on code for CPT 57280.

I wouldn't use, plus it's inclusive. But allows modifier 59, still wouldn't use myself.
