I'm seeing T9999 on HCFA - anyone know what this code represents?

It is in the HCPC book as a temporary code for Medicaid

It was on a MN HCFA and was advised it may be a tax code - any thoughts?

If it is in the procedure code section (field 24) it is a HCPC II code, if it is in any other field then it will depend on which field it was in as to the meaning.
