Hi Team,

Can we consider 3 points for below examples:EKG order-1 point & Tracings independently reviewed. Sinus rhythm at 84 bpm, LBBB-2 points.Please revew & advice on this.

I'm not sure I understand the question correctly. You are asking if you can count 1 point for the "regular" Radiology review, and then 2 points for the "Independently viewed" review?

If you count 3 points for reviewing the EKG and Independently reviewing the same study, I see that as "double dipping". I would suggest 2 points for the "independently reviewed" EKG only from the information supplied above.

If the provider is ordering a new EKG (if there's medical necessity for a new EKG) and independently reviewing an old one, then perhaps you could go with 3 points, but this will really depend on medical necessity and the rest of the chart.
 
MY Question is same provider done for EKG . (i)EKG order (ii)Tracings independently reviewed. How many points consider for B-table?
