Please help not sure what cpt code to use for the following:
Takedown of a cross finger pedicle graft from the left long finger to the left index finger.
op report: the bolster over the dorsum of the middle phalanx of left long finger was removed as were the sutures about the full thickness graft on the dorsum of the finger. The cross finger pedicle graft was then released and the radial side of the dorsum of the index finger was reattached to the full thickness sking graft with interrupted simple 5-0 ehtilon sutures. An excellent repair was achieved and the defect was closed very nicely. The graft to the index finger was contoured to fit the side of the amputation and this site was also secured to the adjacent skin with simple 5-0 ethilon sutures.
